Grooming Styles

I offer a lot of different styling choices so please feel free to browse and enquiry about any that take your interest. I have training in all of them and happy to advise or personalise any grooms.

 Tidy trim

This is a general tidy up to help to keep on top of straggly coats. This is more common on our double coated breeds. I focus on trimming and shaping the dogs feet, chest, front leg feathering and bum fluff.

The Lamb Cut

A lamb cut Is when the dogs feet, muzzle, neck and first quarter of the tail is shaved short. Top knot, body, end tail and legs are left longer. This cut is traditionally seen in standard Poodles.

Teddy Cut

A Teddy cut is when the dog is made to resemble a toy teddy bear. This is done by having a short body with longer legs and head. The muzzle is either a short doughnut or a short straight chin this a shaped moustache.

 Puppy Cut

A puppy cut is when owners like to hold on to the puppy coat longer and only have a tidy up around the dogs feet, hygiene and face area. Nails and ears are also clipped and cleaned to help make the cut last longer.

           Asian Fusion

Asian Fusion is a styling that's mostly used in Asia. Legs are left straight and flowing. The body is taken very short to accentuate the legs. The face is a very round doughnut muzzle with short round ears. Different styling is available for each breed so it's best to research when you can.
